The Founders

Spindler’s Café is a family run café in the beautiful market town of Beccles. Adam Wilkinson and Holly Wilkinson opened the doors to Spindler’s in November 2023. After both working within the hospitality sector for a number of years we decided to put our energy into opening a café of our own.

What is Spindler's?

We offer breakfasts, lunches and Sunday roasts. Alongside delicious coffee and homemade cakes available daily! We also host a variety of pop-up events such as takeout burger nights and bottomless tapas! Check our events page for upcoming evenings. We are open 7 days a week, from 8am until 3pm Monday – Saturday and 9am – 1:30pm on Sundays. Spindler’s is also available for private hire and outside buffet catering.
